Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange, the garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Amulen Lemun does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for a size or color exchange, or to provide online store credit valid for 1 year.

To be eligible for return garments must be unwashed, unworn, in original unaltered condition with original packaging bag with correct tags attached.

Once the item is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. There is a return processing fee that will be deducted from the refund at the time it is issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on sale items.
